ADULT BALLET
Beginner Adult Ballet: Monday 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Intermediate/Advanced Adult Ballet: Friday 5:30-7:00 PM
Adult Pointe Technique: Friday 7:00-7:30 PM

This one-and-a-half hour class of ballet technique for ages 18+ adults includes barre and center work. The classes involve teaching the principles of body alignment, placement, strength and stretching. In addition, the fundamentals of coordination, balance, turning and jumping are taught and reinforced during center work. This class also offers full body training that engages all of your muscles.

Beginner ballet welcomes all adults - brand new or experienced - and our Intermediate/Advanced class offers modifications for all ages to participate for students with more advanced knowledge and experience in ballet technique.

Adult students should have their hair pulled away from the face.

$10 per pointe technique class

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES:
Adult Ballet students have the opportunity to audition for roles in Cleveland Ballet performances when available.
